In today’s era of rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, many people share a common question: „Will AI take my job?“

This is not merely a technological question, but a real-world issue concerning everyone’s career development. How should we understand and respond to this ongoing transformation?

This February, Bluas Haus will invite Mr. Bai Bin, a scholar deeply involved in vocational education and lifelong learning research, to give a lecture on this topic.

The lecture will focus on the question, „What is more valuable to learn in the age of artificial intelligence?“ By examining the profound impact of AI on work methods and content, the lecture will explore the relationship between technological change and personal development.

Mr. Bai Bin will analyze the overall impact of artificial intelligence on the professional field, focusing on how automation and intelligent technologies are changing the job content and requirements of traditional positions. Using typical industry and job examples, he will discuss which jobs are more easily replaced by AI and the underlying logic.

Building on this foundation, Mr. Bai will further discuss the practical limitations of artificial intelligence and the unique value of humans, analyzing the key reasons why AI is unlikely to replace humans. From a practical perspective, he will explore „what is more valuable to learn in the age of artificial intelligence“ and how to build irreplaceable core competitiveness amidst technological change.

If you are also concerned about your career future and hope to find a clear direction for development amidst technological changes, you are welcome to participate in this lecture and engage in this practical and valuable dialogue with us.
